Detailing improves the condition and appearance of a vehicle. It is not body work, paint repair, or mechanical repair. Results depend on the vehicle's age, prior care, paint thickness, and existing damage. We give you an honest assessment before we start, but we cannot guarantee that every scratch, stain, odor, or blemish can be fully removed.

• Deep scratches that reach past the clear coat can be improved, not erased.
• Permanent stains, burns, tears, and worn upholstery may not respond to cleaning.
• Pre-existing chips, dents, cracked glass, and trim damage stay as they are.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every vehicle and carry appropriate insurance. Even so, to the fullest extent allowed by law, All Stars 24/7 Mobile Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, missed appointments, or loss of use. Our total responsibility for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Please tell us in advance about aftermarket wraps, repainted panels, loose trim, existing leaks, electrical issues, or valuables in the vehicle. We are not responsible for damage resulting from conditions we were not told about, or for items left inside the vehicle.
