Using this website

You're welcome to browse the site and submit the quote form. Please don't copy our photos, text, or branding for your own business, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information through our forms. Submitting a form starts a conversation, it does not create a booking until we confirm it.

Service terms

• Quotes. Quotes are based on the details you give us. If the vehicle's condition is significantly different when we arrive, we'll explain the change and get your approval before doing extra work.
• Access. Because we're mobile, we need a legal, safe place to park and work. If a location isn't workable, we'll suggest an alternative nearby.
• Scheduling. Time windows are estimates. Weather, traffic, and the vehicle ahead of yours can shift arrival times; we keep you updated.
• Cancellations. Let us know as early as you can, ideally a few hours before your window, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeat no-shows may be asked to prepay.
• Weather. In heavy rain, dust storms, or unsafe conditions we may reschedule at no charge to you.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, fleet or recurring accounts). We accept common payment methods; ask when booking if you need a specific one. Larger jobs such as ceramic coating may require a deposit, which we'll always state up front.

If you're not happy with something, tell us during the walkaround or the same day. We'd much rather come back and correct it than leave a customer unhappy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a service or to this website is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for pre-existing damage, or for personal items left in the vehicle. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as our services change; the version posted here is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of Tucson, Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving that area.
